5/20/24 - Author Scott Vedder Invited to Special Operations Forces Care Coalition Conference in Tampa

Author Scott Vedder was invited by the USSOCOM Care Coalition and U.S. Army Special Operations Command to the Care Coalition Conference in Tampa. He joined leaders from veteran service organizations and special operations forces from 84 countries to help support wounded or disabled special ops forces and their family members in their transition to the civilian workforce.

5/3/14 - Author Scott Vedder Invited to Naval Commissioning Ceremony

I was grateful to be invited to the commissioning ceremony for United States Navy Ensign Rosa Perez. I had the privilege of attending the ceremony with Rosa's family, members of the color guard from the Navy Operational Support Center Orlando, FL and leaders from Boots On Deck Inc. where Rosa serves on the board. Afterwards I was invited to give résumé insight during an appreciation event for military service members and their families. Congrats Rosa!

4/25/14 - Author Scott Vedder Named "New Business of the Year" by MBA Orlando Chamber of Commerce

Author Scott Vedder was named “New Business of the Year” by the Metropolitan Business Association of Orlando – LGBT Chamber of Commerce at the 2014 Pride in Business Awards gala.  Scott dedicated the award to military veterans and their families.
